구획의 입력 속성을 리턴합니다. caret가 이동해, 선택이 없는 경우, 입력 속성은 현재의 caret 위치의 문자 속성을 반영하기 위해서 자동적으로 변경됩니다. 서식 첨부 편집 액션은 입력 속성을 사용해 액션을 실행합니다.
