HORIZONTAL_SPLIT 방향의 분할 구획을 위해서 드래그 세션중의 이벤트를 처리합니다. 연속해 dragDividerTo 메세지를 보내, 종료시에 finishDraggingTo 메세지를 보냅니다. 인스턴스가 작성될 때, isValid에 한 메세지를 받아, 드래그를 실행할 수 있는 것을 확인할 필요가 있습니다. 2개의 화면의 크기를 변경할 수 없는 경우, 드래그는 할 수 없습니다.
